To meet these e-commerce requirements, the EMS Cooperative Board, EMS Cooperative members and the EMS Unit have been working together drafting a new EMS strategic plan for 2026 to 2029. Known as EMS Vision 2029, the plan for EMS focuses on: operational improvements, technological advances, and strengthening members’ commitment to support its growth and sustainability.
The ‘EMS Vision 2029’ will be a key agenda item at the EMS Cooperative General Assembly set to take place in Dubai during the Union’s 28th Universal Postal Congress. EMS Cooperative Board Chair, Nabil Bensissaid, believes the timing of the new EMS Vision for 2029 could not be better. “We are coming together at a time of renewed momentum.”
The 28th General Assembly marks a pivotal moment for the service, an essential gathering where all 176 EMS Cooperative members are invited to begin a new chapter for EMS.
With a clear and inclusive vision, we can reshape EMS into a truly customer-centric, competitive delivery network
