EMS Cooperative members continually adapt to ensure that the EMS service consistently meets customer expectations. Members are assessed against rigorous criteria, with only the top performing postal operators earning EMS Awards. In response to evolving customer needs, the standards required to achieve EMS Awards are raised each year.
Our annual EMS Awards celebrate the member operators who deliver exceptional EMS to their customers across two categories: EMS Performance Awards and EMS Customer Care awards.
We are delighted to announce the winners of the 2024 EMS Awards – select group of operators recognized for their outstanding service to customers.
2024 Performance Award winners
For 2024, we are delighted to see an increase in the number of EMS Performance Award winners and some new names amongst the winners. Special praise for Oman who has been a Gold-Award winner for the last three years; to the United Arab Emirates for achieving Gold again; and finally, to Qatar for receiving their first Gold EMS Performance Award.

2024 EMS Customer Care Award winners
In a competitive market, maintaining customer satisfaction is essential. Special congratulations to the EMS Customer Care Award winners who provide excellent customer service in 2024. The 19 winners, listed in order of ranking, beginning with the country ranked highest based on customer service response quality are:
United Arab Emirates, Oman, Benin, Qatar, Azerbaijan, Ghana, Saudi Arabia, Viet Nam, Egypt, Algeria, Macao (China), Ethiopia, Togo, Jordan, Cambodia, Maldives, Mauritius, Madagascar, Fiji.
All the 2024 EMS Awards will be presented at a special ceremony at the next EMS Cooperative Extraordinary General Assembly in Dubai on 7 September.
