Over the years, the annual EMS Cooperative workshop has created a collaborative environment where experts exchange ideas to advance the shared goals for the EMS service. The EMS Cooperative’s annual workshops offered a valuable opportunity for EMS managers to meet face to face and focus on problem solving for the benefit of the whole EMS network.

For 2024, the theme was “Performance Improvement: Pathways for Growth Strategies.” We invited postal managers or experts responsible for EMS strategy to join us on 24 and 25 October to share your unique EMS perspective on how to revitalize the EMS business globally and achieve growth.

As well as valuable updates on the current market environment, the two-day event also provided space for members to share their own EMS insights. Day one assessed the current situation and the value of the EMS Cooperative, with updates on available tools and activities for EMS Cooperative members. The second day looked at performance improvement initiatives and best practices, a way to exchange ideas and meet current challenges facing the EMS service.

Members took part in the event in Berne and it was also available in a hybrid format to accommodate those unable to travel. We were delighted to welcome you in Berne.
